Golden Cheese And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rice
    1 can whole tomatoes (20 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. processed cheese slices
Preparation
    Combine rice, tomatoes, green pepper, onion and seasonings. Place alternate layers of rice mixture and slices of cheese in a 1-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Great to take to those church or family dinners.
    If you like hot peppers, I add some chopped jalapeno peppers with the green peppers.
