Jay'S European Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or equivalent desired parts
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. curry powder
    3 cans Campbell's golden mushroom soup
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut chicken up and place in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Put bell pepper and onion over chicken along with mushrooms.
    Mix seasonings together and sprinkle over that.
    Spoon soup (without liquid, straight from can) over top and cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve with rice and a vegetable.
