Best-Ever Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat (round steak), cut up with fat removed
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    splash of wine (red best)
Preparation
    Put in casserole.
    Cook until meat is tender in about a 325\u00b0 oven.
    If it gets dryish, add more wine.
    It is not necessary to flour and brown meat.
