Tortilla Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 green pepper and red pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. cream cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    fat (for deep frying)
    1 tsp. grated onion
    6 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix eggs, peppers, cream cheese, onion and salt.
    Cut tortillas, quartered, and spread with mixture.
    Roll and fasten with toothpicks.
    Fry in 360\u00b0 hot fat until brown.
    Makes 24 canapes.
