Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Heat oil in pan. Add rice and brown slightly. Add onion, bell pepper and ground beef. Stir until meat is slightly browned. Add tomato sauce, water and seasonings. Bring to a boil and then simmer on low heat for 25 minutes.
