Inside-Out Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes, cut up
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked long-grain rice
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown beef; drain.
    Transfer to a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Add the next 8 ingredients.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
    Uncover and sprinkle with the cheese; return to oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
    Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
