Fresh Vegetable Combo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small zucchini, cut in chunks
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 or 3 fresh tomatoes, cut in chunks
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1 small can V-8 tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter, if desired
Preparation
    Cook celery
    15 minutes and add the rest of the vegetables and cook until tender.\tAdd salt, pepper or your favorite seasoning.
