Blueberry Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
8 c. bread (1/2-inch cubes)
2 c. blueberries
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Custard Sauce
Preparation

Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; set aside. Combine eggs, milk, sugar and lemon juice in a large bowl; beat well.
Add bread cubes and let stand for 5 minutes.
Fold in blueberries and lemon rind.
Spoon into prepared dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until lightly browned and puffed.
Serve warm with Custard Sauce.
