Chili Con Queso Dip #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can chopped chili peppers
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in butter.
    Cube the Velveeta cheese. Use a double boiler or the microwave.
    Melt the cheese in the sauteed onions and celery.
    Add the can of chopped chili peppers. Add milk slowly until you get it as thin as you like.
