Turkey-Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow or spiral macaroni (about 6 oz.)
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen green peas
    2 c. cut up cooked turkey
    3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. (about 5 medium) sliced green onions
    1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 medium stalk celery, sliced (about 1/2 c.)
    3 c. bite-size pieces lettuce (about 1/2 medium head)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain.
    Rinse with cold water; drain.
    Rinse frozen peas with cold water to separate; drain.
    Mix macaroni, peas and remaining ingredients except lettuce.
    Cover and refrigerate about 4 hours or until chilled. Serve on lettuce.
    Enjoy!
