Banana Bread(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. applesauce
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg whites
    4 large, very ripe bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly oil an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
    In a medium bowl, combine first five ingredients.
    In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients all at once; stir gently to combine.
    Pour batter into pan.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
    Wrap airtight until ready to serve.
    Can be frozen.
