Curry Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crab meat
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
    milk
    hot rice
Preparation
    In skillet melt butter.
    Add onion and curry powder.
    Saute. Add flour and brown slightly.
    Add milk, stirring until thickened. Add crab meat and heat. Serve over hot rice.
