Fruit Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecans
    1/2 c. white raisins
    1 c. candied fruit
    1 lb. pitted dates
    1 c. butter
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda in 2 Tbsp. water
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cut up fruit (not too fine).
    Mix with nuts in 1/2 cup of flour.
    Set aside.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Combine both. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
