Lemon Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
Preparation

Combine butter, juice and salt in small pan.
Cook until mixture is bubbly and butter is melted.
Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
Serve with spinach, broccoli, potatoes, carrots or peas.
