Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 3/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. water
    5 tsp. plus 6 c. flour
    1 c. rolled oats
    oil
Preparation
    Measure 1/2 cup warm water in bowl.
    Sprinkle with yeast and stir until dissolved.
    Add warm milk, brown sugar, salt and margarine.
    Add 2 cups water.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add 1 cup flour and oats and beat until smooth.
    Add enough flour to make soft dough, knead for 8 to 10 minutes and cover with plastic and towel. Rest 15 minutes.
