Cauliflower Salad Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced cauliflower
    1 c. pitted, coarsely chopped black olives
    2/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped pimiento
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. red or white wine vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower, olives, green pepper, pimiento and onion.
    Mix well.
    In another mixing bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Pour oil mixture over vegetable mixture.
    Toss to coat vegetables.
    Refrigerate, covered, 4 hours or overnight.
