Elvis Presley Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix cake according to directions on box.
Bake in Bundt pan. Mix pineapple with sugar and bring to a boil.
Punch holes in cake with end of wooden spoon.
While cake is still warm, put pineapple mixture on top.
Cool cake.
Mix softened cream cheese and butter together.
Work powdered sugar into cream cheese mixture.
Spread on cooled cake.
