Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup oleo
    2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    4 cups flour, sifted
    6 very ripe bananas, mashed
    1-1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream oleo and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add flour to creamed mixture (do not over mix).
    Add bananas and nuts to dough.
    Stir until just mixed.
    Bake in 2 greased 5x9 loaf pans about 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
    Do not overcook or it will dry out.
    Remove from pans soon after baking.
