Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large baking potatoes, diced
    1/4 c. finely diced onion
    1/4 c. finely diced celery
    1/4 c. finely diced carrot
1 or 2 chicken bouillon cubes
    Jane's Crazy Mixed Up Salt
    milk
    butter
Preparation
Peel, dice and cover potatoes with about enough water to equal 2 inches above.
Add onions, celery and carrot and simmer just below boil until tender.
Remove from heat (or turn down very low).
    Add bouillon cubes.
    Stir gently to dissolve.
Make a thick flour paste (about 1 cup).
Before adding to potato mixture, add enough water to bring water level up if it has boiled away.
    Add paste and stir.
    Cook gently until quite thick.
Add several good shakes of Jane's Crazy Mixed Up Salt.
(This cannot be substituted because it is the main flavor ingredient.) When thick, pour in milk until a good consistency.
Add gobs and gobs of butter. Simmer on low until hot enough to serve.
