Blackberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. berries, picked over, washed and drained
    3/4 c. sugar or less
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Get ready the pastry.
    Line pan.
    Put in half the berries, then the sugar and sift flour over the sugar or mix together dry. Add the other half of the berries.
    Place on the top crust.
    Make a long cut in center.
    Place in moderate oven to bake.
    Sometimes a small piece of butter is added.
    This makes a richer pie and kills the sharp tartness.
