Orange Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    3 c. plain White Lily flour
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 stick butter
    1 small bottle orange extract
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening and sugar.
    Add one egg at a time and beat well.
    Stir in a little flour and then milk mixture alternately until all the flour and milk is used.
    Add the flavoring.
    Pour in a large tube pan which has been greased and floured.
    Put in a cold oven; set oven at 300\u00b0 and bake 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool and spread icing.
