Sweet Potato Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can candied yams
    dash of salt
    orange juice
    3/4 stick butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 to 3 apples
    marshmallows
    lemon juice
    nuts
Preparation
    Slice yams and apples and place in layers in casserole dish. Dot with butter and cover with juices, sugar and salt.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Lower heat to 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Add nuts and marshmallows and bake 5 minutes or until marshmallows are light brown.
