Chicken-Sausage-Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, boiled in salt water, cooled, deboned and cut into bite-size pieces
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice (brown and white combination)
    1 lb. hot pan sausage (Owens or Jimmy Dean)
    2 small to medium onions, chopped fine
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb croutons
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Brown sausage in heavy skillet.
    Save drippings to saute onions.
    Prepare rice according to box directions.
    Combine chicken, sausage, onions and rice along with soup.
    Transfer to two 7 x 11-inch casseroles.
    Melt oleo in skillet.
    Lightly saute croutons.
    Spread on top of casserole.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serve with favorite salad and homemade bread.
