Hickory Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large hen or fryer
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. liquid hickory smoke
Preparation
    In roasting pan, pour 2 to 3 cups of water and all but 1 tablespoon liquid hickory.
    Place roasting rack in pan.
    Place chicken on rack.
    Put stick of margarine inside chicken, then put 1 tablespoon of hickory smoke inside chicken.
    Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
    Place in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
