Monterey Chicken-Rice Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cottage cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, diced
3 c. cooked chicken (large pieces)
3 c. cooked rice, cooked in chicken broth
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
3/4 c. coarsely chopped corn chips
Preparation

Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add mixture to remaining ingredients.
Pour into shallow 2-quart baking dish.
Top with corn chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
