Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded raw potatoes
    6 eggs
    6 slices precooked bacon
    6 or 8 flour tortillas
    hot sauce
    1 c. cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Spray 12-inch pan with Pam and put shredded potatoes in pan on low heat (covered) to cook.
    When potatoes are almost done, throw eggs in, stirring frequently so the mixture won't stick.
    Crumble bacon on top when the eggs are done.
    Serve on flour tortilla with cheese and hot sauce.
