Pumpkin Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. dry skim milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. brown sugar substitute
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
4 tsp. melted reduced margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 c. pumpkin, crushed
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Stir all dry ingredients together.
Add all moist ingredients; mix well.
Add raisins.
Place in sprayed muffin pans.
Makes 12 muffins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
One serving is 3 muffins and contains 30 calories.
