Cranberry Bread(Makes One Loaf) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. liquid oil
    juice and rind of 1 orange
    boiling water
    1 c. halved cranberries
    nuts, as desired
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Add to this dry mixture one beaten egg.
    In a 1 cup measuring cup, put 2 tablespoons liquid oil, juice and rind of orange and boiling water to fill cup.
    Add liquid mixture to dry mixture and egg.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Add cranberries and nuts as desired and stir well.
    Bake in a loaf pan for 1 hour or more at 315\u00b0.
