Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Butter muffin pans for 12 muffins.
    In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    In another bowl, beat the egg, milk and butter. Add the mixtures and stir until just moistened.
    Spoon the batter into muffin cups.
    Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 16 minutes or until lightly browned on the edges.
