Reuben Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 to 1 lb. deli corned beef
1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained
1/4 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
1/4 c. mayonnaise
4 c. grated natural Swiss cheese
4 to 5 c. diced dark rye bread
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish and layer each ingredients in order given, mixing the salad dressing and mayonnaise together before spreading over sauerkraut.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is toasty.
Serves 6 to 8.
