Chilpolte Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oranges, squeezed
1 lime, squeezed
2 to 3 chilpolte peppers, canned or use paste
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation

Put in blender and blend.
Marinate chicken, pork, ribs, etc. in marinade for an hour and a half.
