Portuguese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small jar pimento
    2 slices bread, cubed
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Drain cooked potatoes and put in large casserole dish. Sprinkle cubed cheese over potatoes, then onion, pimento, parsley flakes, paprika and garlic salt. Cube bread slices and arrange over top of casserole. Melt margarine and pour over entire casserole. Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
