48 Hour Pickled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. vinegar
    2 large sliced onions
    1 1/2 oz. salt
    fish
    1 qt. cold water
    1 1/2 oz. pickling spices
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put ingredients in one gallon jar.
    Stir well.
    Add enough fish (raw and cut up) to fill jar.
    Let sit 48 hours.
