Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick oleo, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Spray the bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan with nonstick spray. Sprinkle coconut and pecans evenly in pan.
Set aside.
Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
Pour evenly over coconut and pecans in pan.
Set aside.
In mixer bowl, cream oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Drop this mix by spoonfuls in an even pattern over cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
