Babanatsoo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinned diced baking apples
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. walnuts, diced
    3/4 c. oil
    3 tsp. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. matzah
    4 c. matzah farfel (broken up matzah pieces)
Preparation
    Combine apples, raisins, walnuts, oil, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and matzah meal. Put aside. Wet matzah farfel with water and squeeze out excess water after 5 minutes.
