Pasta Alla Panna(Cream And Cheese Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettuccine or linguine
    8 oz. heavy cream
    1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
Preparation
    If a more pungent and robust sauce is desired, use 1 cup each of Parmesan and Romano cheese.
    Mix the cheeses together.
    Cook the pasta as per package directions until al dente, \"tender to the bite.\"
    While the pasta is cooking, make the sauce.
    Melt the butter in a saucepan.
    Add the cream and 1 cup of the combined cheeses.
    Stir over medium low heat until thoroughly blended and smooth.
    Do not let the sauce bubble.
