Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. shredded raw zucchini
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Grease 2 large loaf pans or 4 smaller pans and flour.
Place dry ingredients in a bowl; blend and make a well.
Mix all liquid ingredients together.
Add to the well of dry ingredients, then add zucchini and nuts.
Pour into pans and bake for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0, 35 minutes for small pans, 15 minutes for mini muffin pans. Cool before removing from pan.
