Carrot-Raisin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. finely grated carrots
    1 c. raisins
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix together carrots and raisins.
    Combine oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, honey and dill weed in jar with tight fitting lid. Shake well until blended.
    Add to carrot mixture and mix well. Chill before serving.
