Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans asparagus
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Drain asparagus, reserving 1/2 cup liquid.
    Arrange in a casserole dish.
    Combine the soup, liquid from asparagus, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Pour this over the asparagus and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
    Combine the butter and bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle this over the cheese.
    Top with almonds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
