Cindy'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 1/4 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil; add eggs, pineapple, coconut, nuts and vanilla.
    Sift flour, soda and salt together.
    Then add to first mixture.
    Add cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
