Deviled Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chuck beef
    flour for dredging
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. dried onion
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 can tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cut beef in small pieces.
    Coat with flour and brown on both sides in oil.
    Mix the 3 tablespoons flour and mustard and combine with remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook slowly on top of range 1 1/2 hours.
