Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    vanilla and butter flavor to taste
Preparation
    Blend one stick butter or oleo with one cup of sugar.
    Add 1 large egg; blend one cup of all-purpose flour.
    Batter will be like cookie batter (stiff).
    Push off a teaspoon onto top of fresh or canned fruit in a baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until dough is brown, about 45 minutes to one hour.
