Hawaiian Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks and juice
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 onion, sliced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium green pepper
Preparation
    Brown chops in 1 tablespoon oil.
    Drain off excess fat. Combine pineapple, juice, ketchup, onion and seasonings.
    Simmer. Turn and baste frequently.
    Stir in green pepper, cut in chunks. Cover; simmer until tender.
    Thicken with cornstarch.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Yields 1 1/2 cups sauce.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
