Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. or 1 1/2 squash, sliced
    2 small onions, chopped
    2 medium carrots, grated
    dash of salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. light sour cream
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. light oil
Preparation
    Cook first 4 ingredients in 1 cup water until tender.
    Drain.
