Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. sausage
1/4 c. onion, chopped
6 eggs
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. milk (can use 1 1/2 c.)
salt and pepper
Italian seasoning to taste
Preparation

Cook sausage.
Add onions and cook about 2 additional minutes; drain.
Place bread cubes in bottom of buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
Beat eggs and milk together.
Add seasonings.
Pour over bread cubes.
Place sausage on top.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
