Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
    15 1/2 oz. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion, celery and green peppers. Drain.
    Add brown sugar, sauerkraut, rice, tomatoes and water. Mix well.
    Pour into a 3-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
