Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. fried bacon, cut into small pieces
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together.
    Add vinegar and water. Bring to a boil.
    Add celery seed and chopped parsley to sliced potatoes.
