Ingredients

1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, egg yolks, buttermilk and salt together.
In a grease-free narrow-bottomed mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
On a lightly greased, preheated griddle or skillet, spoon on desired amounts of pancake batter and bake, turning once.
