Croquette Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk or soup stock
1/4 tsp. onion juice
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 lemon juice
1/2 tsp. A.1. or Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Melt butter; add flour and thoroughly mix.
Add all other ingredients and cook until very thick, stirring slowly while cooking.
