French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced onion
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 broth can water
    puffy cheese croutons
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until limp; blend in flour. Add broths and water. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with croutons. Garnish with shredded Mozzarella cheese if desired.
